Job respinsibilities

Food & Service Manager

  • To maintain, administrate and supervise entire F& B Service department operations of the resort which includes Restaurant services, Room Service, Lounge operations, etc
  • Conceptualize the food served (Fun-dining) according to the location (specialty), occasions, season and the occupancy age groups
  • Liason with other departments to organise events and activities in conjunction with them
  • Maintain compliance and adhere to local, state, and central laws and regulations
  • To monitor and review the budget, revenue report, expense & capex. To prepare the departmental annual budget and control the cost as per the budgets.
  • To effectively promote and publicize area recreational programs and events
  • To analyse guests complaints and requests to improve the functioning and to introduce new initiatives for guest and to analyze and prescribe what should be done to improve the quality of existing service
  • To keep abreast with the latest trends in the market and also the strategies / offerings of the competitors in F&B.



Resort Manager

 

  • To provide leadership and support to the departmental heads and their team to ensure smooth functioning
  • To execute the Business Plan and meet financials as per the BSC.
  • Identify training needs & implement process/ programs to enhance service delivery and employee learning.
  • To oversee the CMET and other training programmes to retain and nurture key talent and build a strong line of management
  • To coordinate and audit, day to day operational aspects of each resort.
  • To monitor monthly income and expense vis a vis the budget.
  • To review and analyze the monthly MIS, and operate the Resort effectively and with an optimum level of efficiency.
  • Implement new and innovative F&B modules and events for Holiday activity.

Holiday Activity Manager

  • Smart and efficient with a strong customer focus
  • Age 27-32
  • Degree or diploma in Event Management
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a event management firm


Eligibility

Food & Service Manager

  • Smart and efficient with a strong customer focus
  • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management
  • Minimum of 1 year as Head of Department or second in command for three years for a hotel greater than 100 rooms


Resort Manager

  • Young and dynamic leader
  • Age 35-40
  • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management
  • Experience in any one of the Operational Departments in the Hotel or Resort
  • Minimum of 2 years as Head of Department or 3 years as Resident Manager or EAM.


Holiday Activity Manager

  • Smart and efficient with a strong customer focus
  • Degree or diploma in Event Management
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a event management firm
